You don't have to know the meaning of the data to present it (I sure
hope my TV doesn't understand the junk the kids watch); you just have
to be able to follow the presentation instructions. As others have
pointed out, in this case that would be a CSS (that is used, and
reused, to present the 500 pages of XML I have buried on the
server)...
