There are 2 threads:
- an ultra-simple version/profile/subset to make XML easier to
generate and work with for the masses
- XML 2.0
They could ultimately be the same thing, or the latter could distract
from the former...
Who's asking? I stumbled across this from Henri:

That highlights the problem the masses face - 19 steps to avoid being a bozo.
Even after following that guide, what do you do - use SAX like events
to generate the XML?
The masses really need to be able to create XML by concatenating strings.
