IDEAlliance decided a few years ago to try to make money by putting the
papers which you and I contributed in good faith behind a paywall.
Sadly, it seems they are within their legal rights - I doubt it has made
them any money, but it has certainly lost them a few friends. I salvaged
my papers a while back and put copies on my own web site.
