Plain, C-based xslt processor?

Norman, you may have a better overview.
Do you know any xslt processor, written in ANSI C and which does not
have other requirements than libc and libm (not libxml2, not other
libraries, not java, not python, not C++), which can process your
docbook xslt man/xhtml style sheets?
