source != binary size, uwin brings ksh93 as /usr/bin/sh (which is a
functional super set of bash4, and rivals perl in features, so perl is
omitted, but available as extra package). uwin itself is optimized for
space, however be reminded this is stacking a POSIX/Unix environment
on an existing Windows installation, not a full operating system
implementation.
But the issue that bringing in all the dependencies of xsltproc into
uwin doubles the source size remains.
