JSONiq and also XPath 3.1 both support at least some navigation over
JSON-style arrays and maps.
There have in the past been attempts to do that with RDF, but I think
it's not really an ideal model for e.g. computing transitive closure,
and SPARQL used a different approach.
I've also seen domain specific languages, e.g. for navigating C and C++
data structures interactively using "." or "->".
