Index Parameters

Hello all,

I am in the process of generating an index. However I would like to 
change the font color used for both the title (Index), and the letters 
for each section (A, B, C, etc).

Where are these parameters located? I cannot find the appropriate 
documentation that states how I can change the appearance of my index.
