19.663 and 19.665

Greetings,

More of the deprecated attributes. Same issues as before and I suggest
the same solution, make the deprecated attributes optional and fix the
schema to enable the ones we recommend.

19.663

This attribute was deprecated in ODF 1.2, but according to the schema
this attribute is required on <table:table-template>. The text says that
attributes table:use-last-row-styles and table:use-last-column-styles
are to be used instead, but these attributes aren't available on
<table:table-template>, only on <table:table>.


19.665

This attribute was deprecated in ODF 1.2, but according to the schema
this attribute is required on <table:table-template>. The text says that
attributes table:use-last-row-styles and table:use-first-column-styles
are to be used instead, but these attributes aren't available on
<table:table-template>, only on <table:table>.
