Re: [sca-assembly] NEW ISSUE: (v 1.2) Section 11 of spec should be markednon-normative
This strikes me as inconsistent with the recently approved changes to the conformance section which allow conformance to the spec using other implementation types. Since this changes allowed then the means of defining an alternative implementation type would have to be normative, even if it does not have any specific normative statements. Bryan Aupperle.
