I think the Ressource Description Format (RDF) was 
originally invented by Microsoft in order to prevent 
people from defining a senseful object serialization 
format until SOAP has reached world domination.



David, why don't you just show us what you were planning? 
RDF addresses (better: tries to address) different issues anyway.
