Getting the group web site up IMHO an enabling step.

It's something we can focus on short term, and which is
very amenable to bring other activities up quickly ...

... such as a web page listing the IRC channels folk are
hanging out in, and with meeting schedules and transcripts.

Those annual recorded IRC chats can't quite work the same
as more frequent ones, eh?
