This is a known bug. Upgrade to a later version of MSXML (the one that
shipped with Windows 2000, check on
http://support.microsoft.com/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp), or move
directly on to the so-called "web release" (which does most of XSLT and
XPath as well).
