If they want to keep pushing back, as Dr. Goldfarb
used to point out in his HyTime lectures, hyperlinking
as a concept can be traced back to the glossing practices
of medieval scholastics. No one can win this and even
should a British court decide otherwise, they will subject
to more worldwide hooting than an AbFab rerun.
Come to think of it, does BT have a major stockholder
named Edina?
