Huey Long's brother, Earl Long, was a three-term governor. His slogan was
"Vote for crazy Earl" after he'd been institutionalized. Earl Long's slogan
might not take the prize for most unique Louisiana political slogan.
During the Civil War, Governor Francis Nicholls lost an arm and a foot. His
campaign slogan was "Vote for what's left of me."
