I see your point. Precision would seem
to be an issue; that is, to determine if
and where the agreement is incomplete or
contrary. Closing a system based on
prose is quite a chore.
For those who wonder why some specs take
forever to complete...

Not really. If the formal description disagrees
with the prose, it must be changed to agree with
the prose.
