This is terrific. I will reference this in the spec as a resource. In order
to better support different language bindings and types of implementations
e.g. push, pull, DOM I've explicitly added a RDDL 'infoset' to the spec
(right up front where an implementor wants to see it :-))

I've also added an XSLT resource

Yes, I think the spec is starting to stabilize, so there ought not be too
much fear about implementing something that will need to be totally
reworked. At this point (IMHO) we need some real world implementation
experiece prior to making any substantial changes in the spec -- of course
if there are any problems anyone has feel free to chime in -- I *think*
we've taken care of most issues people have had until now.

The next big job will be to define a list of resource link 'purposes' or
arcroles.
