RELAX will continue in ISO (was Re: XML Schemas: Best Practices)

I promise to continue RELAX for five years, even if I become self-emplyed
for that reason. (Harmonization may happen, but RELAX will not silently
disappear.)
RELAX is a collection of JIS Technical Reports. RELAX Core has already
been submitted to ISO and the others will be sumitted. Thus, RELAX will
continue at ISO for five years.
