Look at: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnword2k/html/odc_expwordtoxml.asp

You can find a free, but buggy MS-tool there. It's not Java (I think) but you can always try it.

file to XML through a java program?..coz i do not know
how to read a doc file through java?..
