Validate on Request. It is the right of every
node to request a validation if the local node
policy requires it. A message for which no
validation artifact is provided is handled
locally.
A rule of thumb is validate on creation
either through validation artifacts such as
schema types (pick one) or correct by
construction process. Then validation
rules depend on the contract for the transaction.
A trusted partner may not require validation
but the trust is contingent on criticality of
the message (affect on local process or
distribution). The local nodes knows its
own rules for handling messages of the
type encountered and can request validation.
No size fits all.
