To the general principle, yes.  

To Microsoft's regular veering between no security (inconvenient for XYZ
Active X control to be prohibited from shutting down Windows) to
security that makes it difficult to make tools work as documented,
probably not.

I'm sure lots of people would be happy to help Microsoft provide
finer-grained security models if perhaps Microsoft open-sourced its
code...

And maybe someone could even spend some time on fixing IE's hideous
XML+CSS system as well as this XSLT issue!  Is IE the biggest barrier to
XML on the Web?  Inquiring minds wonder frequently.
