When RNC was just James Clark's private syntax, I waved it under the nose of
various DTD weenies on this list, and they all said things like "Well, that's
all right, I guess".  DTDWs are used to the idea that schemata don't use
instance syntax, and the common factors like */?/+ probably have a lot to do
with it.
