I agree, that it would be good to have it for UNIX as well. We were
under the impression that there could more MS Windows people interested 
in something like this. We were maybe wrong. It is python and Tkinter so
later we might to implement it for UNIX as well.

That blurb is there for one reason. There is a security mechanism to 
allow us to stop distribution and use of this application if we choose 
to. You will be bothered only first time you start it after the download.
