Actually, I did mention that it had received a no vote that had
to be addressed, in the same sentence, (italicized) "... WSS
which just passed its vote to become a standard, is one of those which
is meant to work with the others, but it does have one no vote that
has to now be addressed, but it is one of the few of those
listed besides WSRP that actually HAS done passed that hurdle.
...
However, you are correct, I did not say that passing its vote did
not necessarily mean it would become a standard, just that the no vote
had to be addressed.

Actually it did not - there was one negative comment from an OASIS
member, which means that the TC has 30 days to decide its approach
per
the OASIS process. *One* possible outcome is that the spec becomes
an
OASIS standard.
