There are limits - the work has to be judged creative and original. I
don't know whether a judge would consider Henry's signature to qualify,
but it is not about literary merit either :)

I've had to read and learn a lot more about copyright law than i ever
wanted, running a (tiny) stock image business. When i started out, i
ent by Wikipedia, not understanding that lawyers can't generally give
legal advice without a disclaimer, so that the pages were not written
by people who actually knew how law works in copyright.
