Do you mean that you have an asn.1 schema and you want to create xml
documents that, if they were encoded in asn.1, would conform to that schema?
Or do you mean that you have recorded the bits that someone sent you,
encoded in BER or PER for example, and you want to turn them into xml?
Or do you mean that you have data structures in memory that were created
from an asn.1 binary message? The approach you would take would be
different for each of these possibilities.
Are these messages small or large? Do you want to convert one message one
time, or would this be ongoing? Should this work for any arbitrary schema,
or is it sufficient that it work only for your particular message schema?

What i am looking for is to convert an ASN1 document to a XML document on an
OpenVMS Alpha Version V7.2-1 .
Is there any utility which can do this for me. Its really urgent and
important and very critical for the project. Thanks
